Shipping
- We offer free ground shipping for specific manufacturers in the 48 continental United States on any order over $75. All orders under $75 will be charged at least a $15 flat rate shipping fee. Any change in an order that brings the balance below $75 will result in an additional $15 shipping fee.
- A $15.00 shipping fee is applied to all Casablanca items.
- Shipping time averages between 2 to 21 business days after placing the order. View our listing of Individual Manufacturer Delivery Times.
- Charges for expedited shipping are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. We are unable to offer expedited shipping on some manufacturers. Expedited orders must be placed over the phone with a sales associate at 1-800-807-1826, and you must provide a UPS or FedEx account number.
- Large orders may be shipped using freight depending on weight and size. You will be advised of the cost before shipping. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
- Orders ship on business days only (this excludes weekends and holidays).
- Lighting By Gregory.com will not cover shipping fees that result from additional services provided at the time of delivery. This includes indoor delivery of products shipped via freight companies and/or the rerouting of packages to addresses different than the "ship to" address provided on the initial order.
- Signature service is not offered unless requested at point of placement, unless this service is requested Lightingbygregory.com will not be liable for any items lost in shipment.
- In the event that an item is lost and/or damaged during shipment please use the “contact us” portion of the website to inform our customer service department. A replacement product and/or credit for the damaged product will be issued.
Shipping outside the continental United States
LightingByGregory.com does not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or international destinations. To ship to these areas you must provide your own shipping methods or shipping account numbers. These orders must be placed over the phone with a sales associate at 1-800-807-1826 seven days a week.
